I am looking to improve two way communication at the small-medium sized manufacturing site I work at.

Currently there is just a quarterly presentation by management to all staff providing them with a general business update

I am going to introduce a company wide newsletter and toolbox type talks on the shop floor delivered by production supervisors.

Does anyone have an example of an informal toolbox type talk with opportunity for workers to ask questions (delivered at start of production shift) they are happy to share?
