Hi all.
I am looking for an HR admin entry level role here in Sydney (to commence work immediately).
My work experience has been in different fast-paced sales admin environments.
Although I consider myself a dynamic person, I find that recruiters are looking for someone with a degree or at least a minimum of 1yr HR admin experience, for an entry level role. For that reason I wouldn't mind taking up a HR traineeship which would mean a huge drop in salary for me.
Can anyone provide me with ideas/suggestions etc. as to how I can obtain the said role which has been my desire in my professional admin career (which did lead me to obtaining a diploma in HR in 2008 and actively getting involved in any HR activities in my most recent role).
Your input would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
