I am preparing a report on staff retention. Does anyone know where I can access 2011 statistics on staff retention rates, specific to Australia?

Does anyone know where I can access 2011 statistics on staff retention rates, specific to Australia?

I think that is going to be hard to find given that we are less than three months into the year.

The surveys that generate such stats are usually done after the year has ended.

Yeah it is challenging...even 2010 stats maybe. I can only seem to find 08 figures.
