Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Survey

Hi Everyone

I was hoping I could get some recommendations for companys who provide employee engagement surveys, tools and analysis.

We are a mid-size Engineering company, looking to run a survey early in the new year.

I would be especially interested in a company who can provide data to benchmark off as well as comparison data.

Jo, you could try VOICE Voice Project :: Improving organisations by giving employees a voice. Peter Langford is the contact. They run climate surveys (employee engagement etc) with industry norms/benchmarks as well as a consulting service to assist in addressing any issues raised as a result of the survey.

hi Jo,

I think its almost a year to your query.. but still... u can consider gallop survey..its mostly pen and paper.. but it is more personal and it engages employees more into the assessment exrcise and you get better results.
Gallop Survey is really tested and very practical one to use.
