I'm interested to hear of everyone's experiences with childcare benefits at their organisation (or a friend's org for that matter!). I'm trying to research what types of benefits can be provided with regards to helping parents with childcare, but at the moment, opening our own childcare centre is not really an option!
What options do we have? And if you have some kind of childcare benefit, how does it work in your organisation?
