I am doing a rem review for our award employees(Modern Manuf Award) and would like to compare what other businesses pay, on average, for each classification (over the award rate). We are a manufacturing business employing approx 100 employees.

We are not in manufacturing but we use Aon Hewitt for our salary benchmarking - they are big so likely cover manufacturing too. You can purchase full sector access online or individual job information if you have just a small number of roles.

Hi ValCam you will need to take a look at the position lists in surveys first before jumping in as they may not have the positions in the survey that you wish to benchmark. Most of the surveys have very few "blue collar" award covered postions.

I suggest you take a look at the AIM Survey, Mercers QSR and Aon Hewitt's General survey before committing to any one survey. It is also worth checking to see if there is an industry based survey that covers your indistry.
