Offering Childcare Benefits

I'm interested to hear of everyone's experiences with childcare benefits at their organisation (or a friend's org for that matter!). I'm trying to research what types of benefits can be provided with regards to helping parents with childcare, but at the moment, opening our own childcare centre is not really an option!

What options do we have? And if you have some kind of childcare benefit, how does it work in your organisation?

we have put together information about local childcare facilities so that parents hae easy access to information....also as part of our remuneration packaging parents can salary sacrficie child care payments
