There have been previous threads around online assessment and I am hoping I may get some insight into your thoughts around demonstrative/scenario type assessments. We use online assessments, however I am gettign more convinced that the ability assessment do not give us enough insight into actual ability and too much on preferred style. What are your thoughts around activities, or exercises in the recruitment process? in this way we can see ability, behaviour, communication and other competencies. Is anyone using this more than online assessments and have you seen the benefits?
