Wanted to run some questions past you in relation to a new product comming to market that I may or may not be involved with.
What would your company be prepared to pay to have access to 100,000 IT resumes?
If the database was only accessable to end users/corporate and not recruiters would this be beneficial or of no importance?
What would need to be the standout features and functionality?
Are your internal recruitment teams proactive or reactive?
If there was an opportunity for this product to provide additional tools such as reference checking and shortlisting would this be beneficial?
