I agree with Belinda's suggestion that you try Uni/TAFE websites. I just want to add to this by suggesting you attend their career fares/expos, as they give you the chance to meet the students in person and answer their questions. They can also learn about your organisation and what you have to offer. You may even be able to give presentations at these institutions, which will achieve a similar outcome. You need to make sure that you have something to offer students/graduates before you start. Kids gaining entry into employment want some form of mentoring, work rotations, training, and eventurally progression.
Another option you could look into is increasing the diversity of your workplace through the employment of people from
EEO groups. There are organisations providing employment services targeting these groups. I think most are free to employers.
Finally, you might want to try professional bodies relevant to your industry.
