Do you think "social media" is important in recruitment?
The Social Media evangelists continue to warn how far behind the eight ball we will be if we don't "integrate" it into our recruitment processes.
Putting aside concerns about privacy and discrimination for a moment, do you see Social Media becoming a vital part of your recruitment process ? (is it already?)
