What do people think of the SARAs - SEEK's annual recruitment awards? Are they a credible competition, for which the winners receive legitimate kudos, or are they simply a marketing drive for SEEK to raise even more revenue and recruiters to pat themselves on the back?
I gather there is genuine voting, but at the end of the day it is a marketing exercise for Seek and the recruiters (some of whom work very hard at lobbying their candidates to vote!)
