I am in a stand-alone HR role working for a small-medium sized food manufacturer. Management want me to capture and analyse the training needs for the shopfloor workers (mixture of skilled and unskilled work).
Does anyone have a template for assessing training needs of individuals and or groups of workers (undertaking similar roles).
Once I have the information Ill most likely capture it in both site and individual training plans.
