Default How about this for growth!
In just 11 months US company Groupon has grown from 200 people to 3000 and is adding 200 people per month.

Has anyone ever experienced that sort of growth before?

It would be interesting to know how they are achieving that growth and managing it.

Oh, and Google have offered to buy the company for $6 billion.

I suspect a lot of it is mergers and acquisitions. I am also wondering if they are counting some of their associated partners in that head count too?
