I've worked in HR ops for over 10 years and am tired of it. I was hoping to re-direct my career into communications or OD but not sure I've selected an approriate course. I've enrolled in a Change Management post grad course at UTS Sydney. It's is essentially, a communications course with a change management focus.

I'd like to know if I'm wasting my time and money by doing the post grad course, and perhaps there are other avenues I should pursue as all I can find on seek.com.au are roles for very senior/well experienced people. I don't want to be another person with a post grad qualification, stuck in a relatively junior, HR ops role with no hope....

Any ideas, anyone?
