Work Family Conflict study

I am taking part in a research project investigating the effects of work-family conflict on parenting self-efficacy and satisfaction and we are now seeking anonymous input from working parents. The results from study will be made available to users of the HR Buzz forum and the findings may be of interest to organisations in creating parent/family friendly workplaces.

Little research has examined the effect of work-family conflict on the parental role and its effect on well-being, which is concerning given the number of working parents in Australian society. A greater understanding is required of the possible implications of work-family conflict for parenting quality.
