Default OH&S

Oh we are a hotel of around 50 employees and really have no policies/training in OH&S. I am very de-motivated by the work required.

Anyone else started OH&S from scratch? I tried getting the OHS reps to compile SWPs but It was such a challenge and got no where.

I need fresh ideas and motivation, OH&S can easily get put aside to the other work I need to get done and I know thats no excuse, but its hard to know where to even start!

We have OHS content that can be licensed - we also develop induction material and deliver via a learning management system

There are systems you can buy that are suitable for small business that are set up with all the OHS policies, procedures, forms etc you need. One that I am associated with is web based, very comprehensive and affordable. If you want any further info please contact me.
