Default Job Index shows first real growth since downturn
The Olivier Job Index has shown a strong positive rise for the first time since the downturn began.

The Index, which measures ads placed on leading job boards, grew 2.43% in August, the first real growth since May 2008. There were big positive swings in part time jobs (up 10.8%) and casual work (up 11.5%) and full time job ads also rose.

So is now the time to start recruiting?
