No Leave, No Life program he launched this week highlights a very important issue - that fact that Aussies are stockpiling annual leave - 123 million days no less, worth $33 billion in wages, and counting!
Not only is this bad for quality of life for the employee, it's bad for the economy and it creates a growing head ache for employers as it's often an unrecognised liability.
