Default No Leave, No Life

While I'm not sure what qualifies ex union president Martin Ferguson as Minister for Tourism, the No Leave, No Life program he launched this week highlights a very important issue - that fact that Aussies are stockpiling annual leave - 123 million days no less, worth $33 billion in wages, and counting!

Not only is this bad for quality of life for the employee, it's bad for the economy and it creates a growing head ache for employers as it's often an unrecognised liability.

You can read the full story here on the Tourism Australia site.
