This Fairfax article about the increasing incidence of mental illness caused by workplace stress highlights obvious moral issues for employers, but there may also be legal ramifications before too long. Already in the UK, stress has become an OH&S issue. It's probably only a matter of time before it is recognised as such here in Australia.
