Default Unions want to play 'catch up'

The Rudd Government has an interesting test looming - while asking for wage restraint across the board, many of our unions are pushing for increases above CPI. They claim their members need to 'catch-up' because wages have been restrained long enough under the Howard Government.

What do you think? - are certain sections of our workforce being underpaid?
