Default Labor’s IR changes slow to be changed

According to legal experts there will be no immediate rush to make changes to industrial relations under the new Labor Government. Unlike with the WorkChoices agreement, the current policy suggests a reasonably balanced approach.

Employers are advised to ensure they are compliant with the current system given that Labor is likely to have a significant influence over various government regulatory departments.
