Default Fairness Test
Recent news reports (Insiders 30th Septmber 07) indicate major dysfunctions with getting approval of Workplace Agreements via the Fairness Test. Does anyone have any direct experience of the problems in this area?

I have processed one, and it took over 5 months to get the fairness test approval. I have lodged another and it has been 2 months and nothing.

Thanks Belinda. Just as I susupected - they are snowed under and the turn around is very slow.
