- I began my career in corporate finance, stockbroking.
From 1994 until 2002, I was employed with Australia’s largest Human Resource Consulting firm at the time, Morgan and Banks in Sydney (now Hudson Recruitment) while studying towards my psychology degree. During my time there, I held two primary appointments namely a management role responsible for the delivery of all Career Transition and Outplacement services for New South Wales and subsequently as head of the Executive Outplacement service delivery.
In 2002, I established a boutique corporate psychology business named PsychWorks Partnership specialising in on-line pre-employment psychometric testing. I'm a registered psychologist holding a Bachelor of Arts with majors in psychology and sociology (Charles Sturt University) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Macquarie University).
