- An Executive HR consultant with 10+ years experience in personal development, strategic HR, executive coaching, OD and change management. She gained her experience internationally with assignments in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. She has worked with companies from SME’s to ASX listed groups and international chains in industries as diverse as child services, hospitality, property development and professional services. Colleagues say that Mary-Leigh provides support at all levels and is a key person to have during a crisis. She is a clear thinker that will assess and summarise a situation and map out a clear way forward to achieve the desired outcomes. As a coach, Mary-Leigh works with individuals to unlock their potential and maximise their performance. A student of strength based coaching and positive psychology, she assists clients to identify their unique talent themes and values and then works with them to engineer a plan that will help them to achieve greater effectiveness, higher levels of performance, authentic leadership and exceptional levels of well being and balance.
