- As the Director of The Clarity Group, Melissa brings first hand experience, along with qualifications in Organisational Psychology, to the work she does with individuals seeking career guidance and support. Prior to establishing The Clarity Group in early 2003, Melissa worked in HR for a range of companies including global, corporate organisations and boutique firms. Her responsibilities included the provision of generalist HR advice and career coaching programs in a one on one capacity or through small group workshops.
Melissa has completed a Masters of Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in psychology. She is a certified Career Coach and a qualified Trainer and Assessor. Melissa is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Career Development Association of Australia. She regularly writes articles for the DEWR and other career related journals and websites. She has a broad skill and knowledge base and up to date relevant experience, which is extremely valuable to those she works with to identify and ultimately, secure their next position. - My Location
