- I have 15 years experience working in the field of Human Resources, and more specifically Remuneration and Benefits. Prior to establishing Remesys in 2001, I held Human Resources roles at BT Australasia, Choice Connections, Hutchison Telecommunications, and Morgan and Banks. Most recently,I held the role of Head of Compensation and Benefits at Citigroup. I have completed an MA (Psychology) and I am a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Australian Institute of Management.
