- I have over ten years experience as a people development/change manager and this has been gained through exposure to multi-tiered organizations, across industries and sectors working on challenging capability development projects. I am regarded as a senior advisor in people development and obtain a great deal of satisfaction from building collaborative long-term relationships and networks with clients and stakeholders. Also leading and engaging others through providing positive, effective learning and development change initiatives and have provided coaching and guidance.
My experience has involved building and establishing strong relationships across the business. My focus is on consulting, engaging and developing people development strategies and aligning global strategies to build workforce capability in line with business needs and goals.
