A Few Words About Me:

Since November 2006, Esther has been engaged as Head of Human Resources for Leighton Asia’s design & construction project City of Dreams, Macau & Hong Kong (SAR China). Key responsibilities have included establishing the project’s HR function and providing ongoing services and support to all project stakeholders. Support has included the ongoing development and management of HR strategies and policies, communications, all recruitment and resource forecasting, work visa and staff contracts administration, expatriate & family management, staff compensation & benefits, bonus & incentive schemes, performance management, training and retention programs and client relationship management. Project completion date expected March 2009.

Prior to Leighton Asia in China, Esther was employed in Australia as General Manager of People Capital for ASX listed mining and construction management contractor Ausenco Limited until September 2006.
