• Handled different sections / units of Human Resources and Office Administration such as recruitment, employee relations, labor / industrial relations, compensation and benefits administration, training, timekeeping and payroll, security services, janitorial services, and messenger services.
• Work exposure in different industries like banking, telecommunication, manufacturing, and construction.
• Strong skills in developing policies and system improvements beneficial to both employer and employees.
• Proven ability in giving professional guidance to department / unit heads and handling conflict management issues.
• Acted as member and consultant of the management and executive committee of the company. Also acted as one of the members of the negotiating panel in relation to labor organization negotiations.
• Experience in handling different company wide activities, projects, and different group of labor organizations.
