Workplace Bullying Training

Hello,
I am looking to run a short session on Workplace Bullying and would like it to be interactive and not just a boring old presentation.

Do any of you have any activities or group exercises I could do to make this interesting and get everyone involved?

Any help would be much appreciated.

My training sessions have a number of roles plays/scenarios in them. I find that keeps the participants engaged.
