Default Training Needs Analysis

Hi All,

I have been given the task of developing a "training needs analysis" for our organsiation, which has about 1300 staff. I am curious as to how you have approached this, and whether you have any resources/tools that you are able to share.

Many thanks!

Bomber, all of the analysis I have undertaken for clients has all been proceeded by the formulation of a training matrix relevant to progression through classification levels. Once that was established I then had to go through each staff member individually and see where they were at, where they needed to be, and what they needed to do to get there....In a nutshell anyway, the process was far more time consuming and in-depth than just that

But 1300 is a big number so I hope there is someone in the forum that has some resources to share, otherwise it is going to be a big task.

If you need any help off line let me know.....
