    I am doing my cert 4 and I have gotten stuck on a few questions. Can you please help me out. Thank you

    Q1. The organisation you work for is changing the way employees are remunerated. Which method of remuneration would you prefer?

    Q2. Your organisation has established the fact that staff are taking leave and even quitting their jobs due to the high levels of stress that they are under. Within the organisation, employees are often required to work long hours and to work on weekends.
    List 3 options for change that might be recommended.

    Q4. There have been a number of workplace accidents within the organisation. In particular, there have been a number of back injuries to staff working in the warehouse who retrieve products that need to be delivered to clients. The organisation department is considering making changes to health and safety processes in this area. Your colleagues do not see the need to consult warehouse workers in the review of these processes.
    List 5 reasons why you believe they need to consult workers to avoid barriers to change.
