Quantas Dispute

Hi,

I am just completing the emplyoment relations unit in Cert IV HR and I would like to discuss the quantas dipute from 2011. I have spend some time finding a good detailed summary of the conflict without any success. I am just finding bits and pieces. Does anyone have a recommendation on what to read?

Qantas spoke at the recent Tonkin IR Summit and gave some very interesting insight into the dispute from their side of the fence. I would possibly suggest Workplace Express or even so far as to seek a meeting with Qantas and see how you go. I wouldn't rely on media reports or personal blog opinions about it.

Hi QR IR Consultant,

thanks for your advice with the workexpress. I will use my 21 free trial to check if I find some good infos.
Unfortunately it is part of my assignment to find some news paper articles. Yes it would be good to speak with a Qantas representative but to be honest that would be too much work for this assigment.
