Finding the Best Training Consultant

I just wanted to pass the details of a website that I have just discovered.

I have found it great and thought that the HR BUZZ Gang may as well. It makes finding training/hr consultants really easy. I run a team building company and often need consultants to work on specialist projects.

All I do is post my requirements online (free to do so) and then I have consultants respond to the questions I set. I then just go in and compare consultant versus consultant and invite the ones who meet my requirements to talk further.

It saves me heaps of time and really raised the bar on how effective I am in engaging the best consultant for each project.
