Can someone please advise where I can obtain the TPA From and what this Act means in terms for making ales presentations?

The "Australian Consumer Law" is an agreed text set out in the the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth) - which was simultaneously adopted and implemented by each State and Territory into their own legislation from 01 Jan 2011. You need to look at the Fair Trading Act (or Consumer Law, or similar name) for your own state - but it should be pretty similar to the law that applies in other states.
