Has anyone gone through a formal underperformance process through the federal public service. I wonder if anyone has made it through without ending up fired, demoted, moved. It is a very one sided process and the union isn't very helpful. The weekly meetings feel like a "gang up" with HR there cutting me off and supporting management all the way.
