Can anyone open the forms on this forum. I get the message that it is not available yet??

Hi Roelie,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It appears we have an error causing the links to not be accessible.

We are in the process of fixing this and will have them up soon.

just to let you know that I tried to open some of the other links under ER/IR and could not open the PDF documents.
