Most of the impact for me at the moment relates to bargaining as I am currently negotiating updates to our EBA. It is interesting to see how the unions are trying to use the new laws and shape how they are put into practise.
I'd be very interested to hear from people how the flexibility clause is being shaped and applied and how unions are pushing to take advantage of the ability to be written back in to agreements.
As for the NES and Modern Awards, it is quite a minefield and I have not come to grips with the practical implications across the whole company.
