Online Performance Management Tools

Hi there,

I am currently looking at implementing an online performance management system, and was interested to see if anyone has used a system that they would recommend, as well as strenghts and weakness's of the system.

We have used Cambron for a couple of years now. Strengths;
simple to use, very flexible, employees like it and reporting is good. It replaced our training database so now all employee history, training plans and scheduling is done within the software. Overall it has saved us heaps of $s in admin time and better organised training. It also produces individual and department work plans and I understand they have jsut added a strategic plan module. Weaknesses; like any system don't put it in unless you have 100% support from senior management. Overall a very good system that I would certainly lobby for if I went elsewhere.
