We don't have a higher duties template. We have a Higher Duties Procedure that outlines the underlying principles that governs the procedure. We also have employees who are part of the delivery of the Corporate Induction Program and Role-Specific Induction. It is part of their Learning and Development , an opportunity for exposure outside their role, and skills consolidation. Being in a non-profit organisation, this in itself is a recognition of potential and reward in terms of the opportunities given to consolidate and develop new skills.
