Default Performance Appraisal

Hi,
I am finding myself in a bit of a knot at the moment, trying to complete an assignment for my Foundations in HR Course. I am not working in the HR field, so am finding the assignments quite difficult and hoping somebody in the field of recruitment could perhaps lend a hand!??
My assignment scenario is as follows: Red Recruitment is an expanding business - I have been appointed as an HR Manager and need to design a 3 page Performance Appraisal Template for the staff of Red Recruitment Agency.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Agree Tess some points. I also introduce you some forms of performance appraisal as follows:

1. Performance appraisal form

This is general form for performance appraisal.

2. Manager performance appraisal form

This form is a performance appraisal sample used for manager position.
3. Employee performance appraisal form
This form is a performance appraisal sample used for staff position.

4. Essay evaluation form

This form is based on essay evaluation method of performance appraisal.

5. Forced Choice form

This form is a performance appraisal sample based on forced choice method of performance appraisal.

6. Weighted checklist form

This form is based on weighted checklist method of performance appraisal.

7. Rating scale form

This form is a performance appraisal sample based on rating scales method of performance appraisal.

8. Employee self appraisal form

This form is a performance appraisal sample based on appraisal self by employee.
