We currently have about 13 employee policies that we provide in a pack to our new employees. All the usual ones, Safety, Bullying, Performance, Leave, etc. It's quite a lengthy process to take new staff through all 13 policies, to sit with employee, read through and answer questions, as you could imagine!

We are soon to have a new parent company buyout our company, which is also soon to list on the ASX. With this comes a new bunch of Corporate Governance Policies: Corporate Code of Conduct, Whistle-Blower, Anti-bribery, Securities Trading/Insider Trading ... arrggghhhh!!!

Just wondering how many policies other people have?
And if your regular run-of-the-mill-type employees are made to sign-off the Corporate Governance Policies as well?
