Does anyone know of a general (generic) guide to performance management which would be viewed as good/acceptable practice by the Fair Work Commission ?
1. Coaching
2. Verbal Warning/Counselling - Review date 1-6 months
3. Written Warning - Review date 1-12 months
4. Final Written Warning - Review Date 1-12 months
Warnings need to be in context, ie no double dipping on disciplinary measures.
Can skip steps for serious misconduct.
