Hi everyone,

I have just finished my contract as a HR Coordinator in one of the world'd largest not for profit.
Before taking on another role I would like to up skill myself with the current employment legislation in Australia specially Victoria.
I do know that you gain this skill on the job as you come across different situations and examples in your daily HR work life. But i would like to gain theoretical knowledge before i get myself into another challenging task.

I'm more interested in short courses or diplomas..please pass your suggestions soon.
