I'm based in New Zealand and have a client who is looking to appoint a Sales/Account Manager in Adelaide (they already have a very strong lead for someone resident there). I was hoping the experts on this forum might be able to provide a link or two to some websites which will give me a good overview of the applicable employment law for Australia/Adelaide.

The second question I have is: do you (or do you know of anyone) run a payroll bureau as this client would like to outsource the processing of their payroll for their Australian employee. Over a period of 24 months, they do expect to grow their Australian portfolio so hopefully the payroll numebrs will increase also.
