I am designing a system that enables employee benefits programs for SME's. It aims to minimise the amount of administration required by the employer, and maximise exposure to suppliers of all kinds. In contrast to the programs that exist at the larger end of town, the platform lends itself well to fast-changing offers with a limited life span, e.g. "30% off lunch, today only". Such offers can be tightly targeted.

The overall goal of the system is to help employers strengthen their employee value proposition. Would this kind of system be attractive to your organisation? Why? Why not? What would the critical features be?

I am looking to validate the idea, and to find organisations that might want to be involved.
