I am currently on the journey of leaving my employer to start my own agency. I have run into an issue with selecting the best and most used HRM/HRIS system available for start-ups.
My previous employers have all used custom software which cost anywhere from $150K upwards, I am looking for a turn key solution. The main features I am looking for include:
Candidate Profiles
Candidate Progress e.g. Screen, Interview 1, Interview 2, Hire
Applicant Screen e.g. online test screening with custom questions
Job Order and Company Management
I am looking for a basic system which can have modules purchased as I grow, I would be quite happy to hear how you started your firm and which solution was the best.
