Hi all,

I am wondering if any of you use a profile based HRIS like Bamboo HR or another?

I want to bring our start-ups HRIS into the 21st century and like the easy to use interface of such software as it is like facebook, clean, gen-y etc....makes doing your forms and approvals less of a work chore and more of another day to day task of a high IT use environment.

Can anyone recommend one? and how do they fare with payroll integration etc....

I have not had any experience with OrangeHR, but I thought I could share a new program.

How To Create Interactive PDF Forms - Form Convert

This is a new Australian PDF form conversion and creation program. I have not used it yet, but was recommended it by a colleague. So you will have to make up your own judgements on it, but at least it is another option out there that may suit some.
