Online Forms for New Starters

Hi HR Buzzers,

I'm looking into implementing an online form process for bringing onboard new starters (lodging of new starter forms electronically rather than via post using hard copy forms).

I would like to know if anyone has used or knows of some software for this area? Ideally it would intergrate with SAP to avoid payroll having to enter the data manually. Any ideas?

Just putting the feelers out before I focus all my energy on this project.

All our forms are sent via email, however we haven't managed a way to get them to integrate with SAP- they are still entered manually

I can't exactly say, but I believe it was about eleventy trillion dollars :P
